Lauren Wells is an experienced necropsy technician at BASi since July 2019, with prior roles including undergraduate researcher at McDaniel College, where research focused on the kinematics of cypriniform suction feeding in various fish species. Lauren also served as a public affairs intern at The Aluminum Association, where digital advocacy efforts included drafting social media and newsletter content. Earlier experience includes accessioning samples at Alere Toxicology in compliance with SAMSHA guidelines and coaching at the Richmond Volleyball Club from 2011 to 2016. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from McDaniel College, earned between 2015 and 2019.
