Mark Szendro currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of BASF Toda America LLC and is the Director of Battery Materials North America, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mark Szendro was the Marketing Director for the Transportation Industry in North America at BASF Corporation from January 2017 to October 2022. Mark's extensive experience in the chemical industry includes roles such as Director of Global Pricing Strategies at BASF Performance Materials and Business Director for various divisions at BASF Corporation from 2007 to 2016. Additionally, Mark Szendro served as Business Manager for Performance Polymers at BASF Mexicana from 2003 to 2007. Mark holds an Executive MBA in MEDEX from IPADE Business School and a BA in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
