Ani Gottiparthy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2018, they worked as a Frontend Developer at OSI Digital before transitioning to a role as a Senior Consultant at Magic Leap. In 2019, they served as a Project Lead at Atlassian and later as a Software Engineer at IBM. In 2019, they also worked as a Project Lead at Tempus Labs, Inc.

From 2017 to 2020, Ani served as the VP of Consulting at Berkeley Business Society, leading and executing student-led strategy consulting projects for various clients.

In 2020, they joined UC Berkeley Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology as a Teaching Assistant for the Engineering Leadership Professionals Program (ELPP), assisting with class setup and facilitating group activities.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Logitech, starting as a Product Management Intern before becoming an Associate Product Manager, and ultimately concluding their tenure as a Product Manager. Finally, in 2022, Ani founded Baseplate and took on the role of CEO and Founder.
