Dorota Chudzik is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Head of People & Culture at BaseLinker since August 2022. Previously, Dorota held the position of CE Professional Development Manager at McKinsey & Company from November 2008 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing diversity initiatives in Central Europe, advising on professional development for women, and supporting regional team initiatives. Earlier roles at McKinsey also encompassed staffing coordination and development planning for consultants. Prior to McKinsey, Dorota worked as an HR Senior Specialist at Polbank EFG and as a Recruiting Specialist at Xelion. Dorota Chudzik earned a degree from the University of Warsaw from 2000 to 2005.
