Troy Cosmas, P.E. is an experienced project manager with a focus on civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Baseline Engineering Corporation since July 2021, Troy has previously held senior and project management roles at CVL, a Westwood team, from August 2016 to May 2020. Additional experience includes project engineering positions at Boyd Civil Engineering and Wharton-Smith, Inc., along with an assistant project manager role at The Douglas Company. Troy's responsibilities have encompassed the design of land development plans, stormwater modeling, permitting processes, and overseeing multiple phases of construction projects.
