Albert Hilber is an accomplished project and program manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Manager Upper Rhine 4.0 at BaselArea.swiss since September 2018, Albert is responsible for the implementation of the Upper Rhine 4.0 project and the development of a business network in the context of Industry 4.0 in Northwestern Switzerland. Previous roles include General Manager at mr2c Management Ressourcen Coaching & Consulting, where coaching for entrepreneurs and executives was a primary focus, and Senior Project Manager positions at DXC Technology and Hitachi Data Systems, leading significant data center projects and collaborations. With a career spanning over two decades, Albert has also held senior positions at Hoeft & Wessel, Swisscom, and FIFA, demonstrating strong expertise in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
