Prior to Co-Founding BaseCap Steve provided expertise at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup where he delivered solutions to assist with regulation, compliance, and business needs.

Steve graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelors of Science, and has leveraged his academic background in Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Technology to change the way organizations compete and do business.
