Ana Elizabeth Rodriguez is a Project Manager at Base4 - Architects, Engineers, Designers since September 2022. Previously, Rodriguez served as a Special Project Manager at the Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Comunicaciones from February 2019 to September 2022, overseeing the construction of two special government projects in collaboration with judicial institutions.
