Nguyễn Quốc Hưng (Hufsley) has a wide range of work experience. In 2023, they worked as a Business Consultant at Base.vn. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing Executive at AIESEC in Vietnam, where they engaged teammates to get through hard times, designed and wrote content for promotion, and adapted to the incidents that occurred in the event and how to handle it professionally. In 2020, they worked as an Operations Team Member at UAN MARKETING, where they negotiated with suppliers to have the best deal, optimized the process event organization, and planned and executed the UAN Year End Party 2020.

Nguyễn Quốc Hưng (Hufsley) is currently a student at UEF - Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance, studying Marketing from 2020 to 2024. Prior to this, they attended Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted from 2017 to 2020, studying Physics. Nguyễn Quốc Hưng has also obtained additional certifications, including Outstanding Contribution from UEF - Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance in October 2020, Marketing Case/Contest Preparation from No More Lies in May 2021, and Media Literacy for Young Influencers Course from U.S. Embassy & Consulate in Vietnam in November 2020.
