Elisa Vitale is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the beauty and creative industries. Currently serving as the VP of Design at Base Beauty Creative Agencyâ„¢ since September 2011, Elisa also runs a design consultancy established in November 2010. Prior roles include Creative Director at Coty Beauty from 2008 to 2009 and Assistant Creative Director at Del Laboratories from June 2001 to December 2008. Earlier in the career, Elisa worked as an Art Director at CMJ New Music Report from October 1997 to October 2000 and as a Graphic Artist at Koch International LP from October 1996 to September 1997.
