Caroline Winschel is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Development & Communications at Bartram's Garden since July 2013, Caroline has held various roles including Director of Annual Giving, Development Manager, and Development Coordinator. Prior to this, Caroline worked at the University of Pennsylvania Press from August 2009 to June 2013 as an Assistant Editor and Acquisitions Assistant, where responsibilities included acquiring and developing scholarly texts in the humanities. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors in English Language and Literature and French Studies from Smith College, as well as a Master of Liberal Arts in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and has studied at the Université Paris-Sorbonne.
