Charles Hughes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in venture capital and private equity transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at Barton LLP since March 2014, Charles specializes in fund formations and fundraising processes for various funds. As Managing Director at Easton Capital since February 2004, Charles contributes to the Investment Committee for the firm's venture capital funds, focusing on sectors such as medical devices and healthcare IT. Previously, Charles held the position of Partner at Torys LLP and Richards & O'Neil, where significant expertise in corporate acquisitions and investment representations was developed.
