Robert "Bruce" Green is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at Bartlett & West since March 2017, following a lengthy tenure at the Missouri Department of Transportation from January 1988 to March 2017. Throughout the career, Robert has directed multi-discipline project teams, overseen highway construction plans, and contributed to significant bridge improvement initiatives, including the Safe and Sound Bridge Improvement Program. Roles have included Deputy Project Director for major design-build projects, Design Liaison Engineer, and Bidding & Contracts Engineer, demonstrating strengths in risk analysis, project development, and quality assurance. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, earned between 1983 and 1987.
