Paul Deitering, PE, is an experienced engineering specialist at Bartlett & West, Inc., with a tenure starting in December 2003, focusing on highway and urban street layout and design, hydraulics, drainage, and CADD management for MicroStation and GEOPAK. Prior to this, Paul worked as an engineer at Professional Engineering Consultants for a brief period in 2003, concentrating on highway design. Paul began a career in highway design at the Kansas Department of Transportation from June 1994 to March 2003 and also served as Road CADD Manager during that time. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University and has earned associate degrees in Civil Technologies and Survey Technologies from Kansas College of Technology.
