Adam Shanko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and GIS technology, currently serving as a Data Analyst at Bartlett & West since December 2021. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Senior GIS Technician from January 2013 to December 2018, where skills in managing railroad GIS data and delivering tailored solutions were developed. In earlier roles, Adam worked as a LiDAR Specialist, utilizing tools such as TopoDOT and AutoCAD Civil 3D for projects in rail, highway, and site development. A foundational background in academia includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas and earlier experience as a Legal Assistant at Cairncross & Hempelmann. Adam holds a Master of Arts in Geography and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kansas, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
