Bill Black is the founder of Exit & Retirement Strategies, Inc., a position held since September 2000. Prior to this, Bill Black worked as a business consultant at Principal Financial Group from June 1989 to January 2001, where strategic solutions were developed for business owners in key areas such as employee reward and retention, business succession and continuation, and financial planning for owners and executives. Bill Black obtained a CLU and ChFC in Financial Services from The American College of Financial Services between 1989 and 1992.
