Matt Swanson is an experienced recruiter and account manager with a strong background in staff augmentation at The Bartech Group since May 2006. In this role, Matt has developed extensive expertise in recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates, while also managing compensation negotiations and conducting client research to enhance service offerings. Previously, Matt served as a Sales & Marketing Consultant at T-Mobile from April 2005 to April 2006, achieving recognition as a top sales leader and contributing to the success of marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes a position as Sales Leader at Cricket Communications. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Human Resources from the University of Charleston and attended West Virginia University.
