Rafaella Lellis currently serves as the Head of Strategic Projects at Barte since February 2023, focusing on strategy and operations. Previously, Rafaella was a TotalMBA Prep Candidate at TalentoTotal, being the first Afro-Brazilian admitted to both Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business, and was one of 30 selected for GMAT test training. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Leader at Nana Delivery, a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, and various analyst and intern positions at Basement and PVG Perlman Vidigal Godoy Advogados. Rafaella holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade de São Paulo and completed a Professional Education course in Data Analytics at General Assembly in 2021.
