Elissa Pablo is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations at bartaco since July 2023. Previously, Elissa held the position of Regional Director at Del Frisco’s Grille from June 2021 to July 2023, and served as General Manager at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group for eight years, from June 2013 to June 2021. Elissa is an alumnus of Broward College.
