Liron Alrod has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They have held various roles in companies such as Barshai Transportation Information Routes, iintoo, Israeli-American Council (IAC), AZMA equity, CYBERON, Taldor Communication, Opertunity, EntryPoint, Taldor, and QualiTest Group.

At iintoo, Liron served as the Head of Product, Data & Automation, where they focused on setting up automation for key business processes and collaborating with internal stakeholders to define business requirements. They also worked on increasing profitability and developing new products.

During their time at the Israeli-American Council, Liron served as the National Director, Eitanim. They were responsible for the overall development, growth, and management of the program nationwide, including content development, marketing, promotion, and implementation.

At AZMA equity, Liron was a Partner and Director of Business Development. They created strategic business plans, implemented AI implementation, managed scouting for strategic investments, sourced new markets and customers, and trained sales force teams.

Liron Alrod's education history includes attending Tel Aviv University in 2016 for strategic management. In 2017, they pursued a board director qualification at the Israeli Management Centre. In 2011, they also attended the Israeli Management Centre. In 2008, Liron attended The Open University. Additionally, in 2006, they studied at Ramat Gan college. Liron also received training at The Israeli Mediation School in 2004 and The Open University Israel from 2002 to 2004. Lastly, they completed their education at Manor - Cabri from 1990 to 1995.
