William Turner possesses extensive experience in operational excellence and Lean transformation across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Barry-Wehmiller, William supports the creation and implementation of an enterprise operational excellence system. Prior roles include Regional Director of Lean at Johnson Controls, where William facilitated Lean transformation roadmaps, and Vice President positions at Pace Industries, LLC, which involved advancing Lean business systems and integrating quality processes. William has also held positions at Emerson and The HON Company focusing on Lean initiatives, supported by a strong educational background with a Master of Science in Industrial Technology from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the College of the Ozarks.
