Terri Policare has a robust background in retail and sales operations, currently serving as the Manager of Sales Operations at Barry Callebaut Group since March 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Retail Operations at Gertrude Hawk Chocolates from August 2009 to January 2018, and District Manager at Pacific Sunwear from April 1998 to August 2009. Terri also held positions as Store Manager at Aeropostale from 1994 to 1998 and at The Limited from 1992 to 1994. Terri Policare earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management from Marywood University between 1988 and 1992.
