Sylwia Bogaj is a seasoned finance professional with a robust background in accounts payable and intercompany processes, currently serving as Global Intercompany Business Process Manager at Barry Callebaut Group since April 2018. Prior to this role, Sylwia held various positions at Lumileds, including Controller in the PTP Department and Senior AP Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed KPI reporting, month-end closings, and vendor account reconciliations. Sylwia began a career at Infosys BPO, advancing through roles such as Process Specialist in the Tax Department and Senior Accounting Associate, focusing on VAT reporting, statutory activities, and accounts payable tasks. Sylwia holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Lodz and is currently furthering education at Lodz University of Technology.
