Stella Chen is an accomplished procurement and sourcing professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as VP of Sourcing for EEMEA at Barry Callebaut Group since July 2019, Stella has also held positions as VP of Sourcing for Strategic Initiatives within the same company. Prior to this, Stella worked at Mondelēz International from January 2011 to November 2018 in various roles, including Procurement Director for Global Ingredients and AP Packaging & COE. Stella's career also includes significant contributions at Kraft Foods China and Barry Callebaut Group in procurement leadership roles, as well as experience at Danone and Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities encompassed operations planning and customer service management.
