Gustavo Cabral currently serves as the VP of Digital Customer Supply & Development at Barry Callebaut Group, overseeing E2E supply chain digitalization and innovation for the leading chocolate and cocoa manufacturer. Prior to this role, Gustavo held the position of VP Digital Operations at ofi, leading digital transformation across a global network of 120+ manufacturing facilities. Previous experience includes senior management roles in international engineering and digital transformation at Henkel, as well as leadership in technology consultancy at WBA Aachener Werkzeugbau Akademie GmbH. Gustavo's foundational experience in research and engineering spans roles at Fraunhofer Institute, Competence Center in Manufacturing, and INPE, complemented by an academic background that includes a PhD in Production Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica.
