Tim Weil has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tim began their career as an Account Executive at LOIS/GGK Advertising in 1990 and later worked as an Account Executive at Interep Radio Group. In 1994, they became the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at the Continental Basketball Association and then moved on to the Phoenix Coyotes as the Vice President of Corporate Sales & Marketing. In 2000, they co-founded Big Stick Golf, LLC, where they served as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Tim then joined Key3Media Events as the Vice President of Partnership Marketing and went on to found and operate Smoke Free in 3, Inc. / Health Loyalty Systems, LLC, where they developed and launched smoking cessation aid Smoke Free in 3 and nutrition shake VF Smoothie. Before joining CBS Radio Altitude Group as the Vice President of the Midwest region, they were the Vice President of CBS Radio Altitude Group. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Creative & Strategy Officer at BMG360, a performance marketing company.

Tim Weil attended Tulane University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the A.B. Freeman School of Business.
