Paul Oldfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and sales management. Currently serving as Team Sales Manager at Barrington James since October 2012, Paul leads a team of specialists focused on the Pharmaceutical Industry in the Raleigh office. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Search Consultancy, where responsibilities included recruiting for roles within the General Insurance division. Earlier experience includes a position as a Recruitment Resourcer at Omni Resources Ltd, specializing in the IT industry. Paul began their career as an English Teacher at Escuela Oficial de idiomas after graduating with a BA in English Literature and Spanish from the University of Chester in 2009, where Paul also spent a year teaching English in Spain.
