Ian Ralston currently serves as a Senior Officer in Customer Care and Invigilator at La Trobe University since April 2019. As the Owner of Nine Dots Leadership since February 2011, Ian specializes in nurturing authentic leadership within organizations. Since April 2003, Ian has been a Certified CTT Practitioner with Barrett Values Centre, focusing on visualizing corporate culture for organizations of various sizes. Previously, Ian contributed as an OCEP Trainer for the Victoria State Emergency Service and held roles in leadership and marketing at several organizations, including the Institute of Management Consultants and IBM Australia. Ian holds a Bachelor of Emergency Management from Charles Sturt University and has completed advanced management studies at the University of South Africa.
