Molly Rommel has over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand management. Molly served as the Director of Marketing at Barrett McNagny LLP, where they were responsible for planning and executing all marketing efforts. Prior to that, they worked at Fort Wayne Newspapers as a Brand Manager and at The Journal Gazette as a Product Manager. Molly also gained experience as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at WaterFurnace International and held various roles at Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, including District Manager and Elementary Program Manager.

Molly Rommel earned their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Hillsdale College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
