Pierre Hoffman is a prominent legal professional with extensive experience in property intellectual law and digital rights. Since 2003, Pierre has served as the µþâ³Ù´Ç²Ô²Ô¾±±ð°ù de l'Ordre des avocats de Paris and co-president of the Commission ouverte de droit de la Propriété Intellectuelle (COMPI), while also being a member of the Conseil de l'Ordre. Pierre is a founding partner at Cabinet Hoffman, providing legal solutions in intellectual property, competition, distribution, and data privacy. In academia, Pierre teaches courses on intellectual property and IT at Institut Supérieur du Droit and Université Paris-Saclay. Pierre was a candidate for the Bâtonnat of the Barreau de Paris in 2023. Pierre holds advanced degrees in multimedia law and business law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and Université Paris Cité, where Pierre is also pursuing a doctorate in law.
