Junior Birkett possesses extensive experience in technical support and sales engineering within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Barracuda since September 2007, Junior Birkett has also held the position of Technical Support Engineer during tenure at the same company. Prior to this role, Junior Birkett worked at CSC Consulting from January 1998 to April 2007 as a Tier II Technical Support Engineer, accumulating valuable expertise in technical problem-solving and customer support.
