Jesse Glisson is a Chemical Engineer at Barr Engineering Co. since May 2018, bringing a strong background in both engineering and culinary arts. Jesse has held various positions including Intern at Utah Atmospheric Trace Gas and Air Quality Lab and Executive Banquet Chef at Treasure Mountain Inn. Previous roles as a Sushi Chef at multiple establishments, including Shabu Freestyle Asian Cuisine and Lespri Prime Steak Sushi Bar, showcase a diverse skill set in both food preparation and chemical engineering. Jesse holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, complemented by an Associate of Science in General Studies from Utah Valley University.
