Eslam Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they started their career as a Retail Sales Representative at B&D stores. Eslam then worked as a Customer Service Representative at a Fridge company from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined AROPE Life Insurance as a sales representative. From 2019 to 2021, they served as an Operations Specialist at HungerStation | هنقرستيشن. In 2021, they joined Kemitt as a Customer Support Specialist and later transitioned to BARQ App, where they took on various roles such as Customer Support Specialist, Operations Specialist, Operations Supervisor, and currently holds the position of Operations Team Lead.
Eslam Ahmed completed their education in a chronological order starting from 2011 to 2015 at Helwan University Cairo, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In 2021, they pursued further education at Udacity, completing a Professional Track in Digital Marketing. In addition to their degree, they also obtained three certifications from Udacity in Digital Marketing: Advanced Track, Professional Track, and Challenge Track, in July, June, and April 2021, respectively.
