Lorenzo Festa is a seasoned professional in development management with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Development at Baron Property Group since August 2024, Lorenzo has previously held similar senior roles at MG Developer/Baron Property Group and Royal Palm Companies, where responsibilities included overseeing development projects and management. Lorenzo's early career included positions at AutoNation, Consultatio Real Estate, Kobi Karp Architecture, and Revuelta Vega Leon Architecture, where expertise in project management and construction was honed. Lorenzo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Turin, earned between 1997 and 2004.
