Pepi Tauhidna is an experienced culinary professional with a diploma in art culinary from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung, obtained in 2022. Currently serving as a Line Cook at Barnsley Resort since April 2023, Pepi previously worked as a Cook and Pastry Helper at Sincere Homemade Cafe from January 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included food preparation, ingredient sourcing, and menu development for a Korean dessert cafe. Additionally, Pepi gained foundational skills as an Internship Kitchen Trainee at Padma Hotel Bandung from July 2021 to January 2022, focusing on western cuisine and breakfast preparations in a five-star hotel setting.
