Ben Jessop has over two decades of experience in the recruitment and operations sectors, specializing in rail and engineering industries. Currently serving as Market Manager at Barnsley Council since May 2020, Ben previously held roles such as Labour Manager at Apex Engineering Solutions and Regional Operations Manager at RSS Infrastructure Ltd. Earlier experience includes positions as Labour Operations Manager and Labour Co-ordinator at Vital Human Resources and McGinley Support Services, respectively. Ben began a career in recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Leda Recruitment, after earning an HND in Institutional Management from Sheffield Hallam University between 1996 and 1999.
