Ryan Bauer is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at Barnsley Construction Group since April 2022. Previously, Ryan held positions as Superintendent at Tip Top Roofers, Inc. and Building Envelope Technician at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC. With additional experience in estimating at Dean Steel Buildings and as a Production Technician and Stock Manager in various capacities, Ryan possesses a comprehensive understanding of construction operations. Ryan's career began in the US Navy, where a diverse range of responsibilities included Quality Assurance Safety Observer and Supervisor for maintenance and ordnance with FA-18 aircraft. Ryan holds an Associate of Applied Science in Construction Management from Georgia Northwestern Technical College and graduated from Cedartown High School in 2000.
