Kalam Neale currently serves as the Head of Education at British Esports and holds the position of Director at Strategic Esports Group. Neale is also a Trainer at Pearson and a Board Member for the Skills Accountability Board at CIMSPA. Since December 2023, Kalam has been involved with the Expo Sunderland Advisory Group, focusing on local career opportunities. Additionally, Neale has governance experience as a Governor at Barnsley College and previously served as a NASEF Fellow. With a strong educational background, Kalam has held various roles at Barnsley College, including Curriculum Lead and Teacher, and worked as an Academy Coach at Barnsley FC. Neale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Coaching Development with Sports Business from Liverpool John Moores University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from The University of Huddersfield.
