Nedhal Saleh Ayesh currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit and Audit Committee Secretary at Sela since July 2022. In addition, Nedhal holds the position of Audit Committee Chairman at Barns and serves as an Audit Committee Member at Gas Solutions. Prior experience includes leading Internal Audit for the Distribution, Edible Oils & Specialty Fats Sector at Savola Group from April 2018 to June 2022, and roles at Johnson & Johnson and Unilever focusing on accounts receivable and audit functions. Nedhal's career began as a Junior Accountant at sanofi-aventis and includes teaching experience as a part-time lecturer at King AbdulAziz University. Nedhal holds a Master of Management in International Accounting & Finance from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Business & Technology.
