Kiel Lawrence has worked in the real estate industry since 2007. Kiel began their career at JLL as a Project Manager. In 2012, they moved to Artisan Construction, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager. In 2016, they joined Unispace as a Principal - Project Delivery and Project Executive. In 2018, they began working at WeWork as Senior Director, Project Delivery - Enterprise, EMEA and Director, Construction - Enterprise, Americas. In 2022, they joined Barnfox as Advisory Board - Head of Real Estate. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at Herb Redl Properties as Head of Development, managing overall strategy, planning, due diligence, site acquisition, land development, financing and construction.

Kiel Lawrence attended Hofstra University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
