Bryan Michael has extensive experience in loss prevention and asset protection across various industries. Currently serving as Asset Protection Market Manager at Barnes & Noble, Inc., since July 2021, Bryan oversees the security standards for 27 locations in Northern California while also managing 11 Paper Source locations. Prior to this role, Bryan worked as Risk and Compliance Leader at IKEA Group from September 2019 to July 2021, where supervision of a six-member team addressed inventory shortages. Bryan also held multiple positions at Gap Inc. from 2007 to 2019, including Senior Loss Prevention Manager and Area Investigator, focusing on loss prevention across numerous retail locations.
