Olivia Marie McCashland has accumulated extensive experience in supply chain and production planning roles, currently serving as a Production Planner/Buyer at Barnes Bullets, LLC since May 2022. Prior to this position, Olivia worked as a Supply Chain Specialist at Sensapure from February 2021 to May 2022 and gained invaluable skills as a Purchasing Intern at Caterpillar Inc. in June 2020. This early career experience included significant achievements such as automating data entry processes and optimizing warehouse space during an externship at Stryker. Additional roles at The Smith Group, both as a Service Cashier and a Receptionist, complemented Olivia's service skills. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Science from Utah Valley University.
