Mikael Rickmark has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 1999. Mikael began their career as a Systems Developer at Framfab (Lbi International) in 1999. In 2001, they moved to Netonnet AB as a Teamleader and Systems Developer. In 2004, they became the Owner of Mirida. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at JetShop AB, first as CTO and then as Business Area Manager Integration. Finally, in 2021, they became the Chief Product Officer - Skeleton at Barnebys. During their time at JetShop AB, they were responsible for recruiting the most skilled developers, building a creative development environment, setting up a near-shore development team in Wroclaw, Poland, and managing and setting up scalable performance hosting solutions for the e-commerce platform.

Mikael Rickmark's education history includes attending Goteborgs Tekniska Institut Mechanical Engineering from 1994 to 1996, and Sven Erikssonsgymnasiet from 1989 to 1992. Mikael has also obtained certifications such as Product Owner 360 from Agile Extreme in November 2014, Scrum Master from Informator in May 2011, Certified SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2020, and Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2019.
