Yana Zilbershtein is an experienced Investments Lawyer at Barnea Jaffa Lande since November 2022 and the owner of a maternity clothing company, YANZ, since March 2021. Prior to these roles, Yana served as an Investment Associate at Vinograd & Co., managing investment processes for major financial institutions and family offices in Israel from August 2017 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes an associate position at Shapira & Co., where representation of Israel's top banks in receivership processes and turnaround management of multimillion-dollar companies occurred from January 2017 to January 2018, as well as an internship at Pearl Cohen focused on complex commercial litigation from September 2015 to September 2016. Yana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance, both obtained from Reichman University between 2011 and 2015.
