Ruchama Ziv-Peleg has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Ruchama worked at Barnea Jaffa Lande as the Head of Human Resources starting in 2016. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they served as the HR Manager at SodaStream International, Ltd. Ruchama also has experience working at Intel, where they held various roles including Talent Consultant from 2010 to 2013 and Staffing Consultant from 2005 to 2010.

Ruchama Ziv-Peleg completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Political Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Ruchama attended the university from 1999 to 2003. Ruchama then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completing it from 2004 to 2006.
