Rosemaria Flaherty is currently working as an Executive Leader for Children and Families at Barnardos Australia. Rosemaria also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Act for Kids. Rosemaria has a wealth of experience in various roles such as Manager for Practice Development at the National Centre for Action on Child Sexual Abuse and Manager for Integrated Prevention & Response to Violence, Abuse & Neglect at Northern NSW Local Health District. Rosemaria is also a Sessional Academic at both University of South Australia and Charles Sturt University. Rosemaria holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from the University of South Australia.
