Weston Weaver

Weston Weaver has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Weston started their career as an Inspector/Surveyor at the Oregon Department of Transportation in 2009, where they worked on a range of civil engineering projects. In 2010, they worked as a Machinist at Eagle Carriage and Machine, specializing in manual machining. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Service Technician at Alstom Transport, installing door operators on California Amtrak cars and performing quality assurance inspections. Weston then became a Production Supervisor at Vapor Stone Rail Systems, leading a door system overhaul project for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency. In 2012, Weston joined Alstom Transport again, this time as a Site Engineer, where they quoted repairs and developed solutions for train car modifications and upgrades. Most recently, they have been with Barnard Construction since 2014, initially as a Project Engineer, responsible for coordinating shop drawings, maintaining records, and assisting the Project Manager with various tasks. Weston later became a Project Manager, overseeing projects and resolving conflicts. Weston's extensive experience includes project management, construction, engineering, quality assurance, and machining.

Weston Weaver attended Southern Oregon University from 2002 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a pre-engineering/business-communication field of study. Afterward, from 2005 to 2008, they enrolled at the Oregon Institute of Technology, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
