Sean Kelly started their work experience in 2012 as a Staff Engineer at Water & Environmental Technologies. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Graduate Engineer at HFCI, where they provided engineering and quality assurance functions for water improvement projects and subdivision plans. In 2015, they joined Tetra Tech Mining & Minerals as a Staff Engineer, performing engineering, field investigations, and construction oversight. Sean focused on floodplain investigation, mine reclamation, and civil design. Since 2017, Sean has been working at Barnard Construction, initially as a Project Engineer and currently as a Project Manager. Sean has been involved in various engineering and management functions, including planning, cost control, surveying, and subcontract coordination for a large-scale reservoir project.
Sean Kelly received their Bachelor's Degree in General Engineering with a Civil Option from Montana Technological University, starting in 2007 and completing their studies in 2012. In July 2015, they obtained the certification of Engineer Intern from the Montana Department of Labor and Industry.
