Nick Talamante has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Field Engineer for Kiewit Underground, overseeing a large-scale project in Wappinger Falls, New York. In 2020, they joined Kiewit Meridiam Partners LLC as an Engineer, working on the Central 70 Project in Denver. Nick also served as an Instructional Assistant at Colorado School of Mines during this time. In 2021, Nick joined Barnard Construction as a Project Engineer, performing various engineering and management functions. Nick later took on the role of Field Engineer, handling material dispositions and coordinating with subcontractors in different locations. Throughout their experience, Nick demonstrated strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively both in person and in virtual formats.
Nick Talamante attended the Colorado School of Mines from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Their field of study focused on Civil Engineering. In addition to their degree, Nick also obtained several certifications, including "Developing Your Professional Image," "Enhancing Your Productivity," "Interpersonal Communication," and "Making Big Goals Achievable" from LinkedIn in June 2020.
