Thiemo Dylla has extensive work experience in talent management, development, and HR strategy. Thiemo is currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Barmenia Versicherungen since January 2022. Prior to this, Thiemo worked at thyssenkrupp, where they held various roles including Top Executives Partner & Practice Lead Development from April 2020 to January 2022, Head of People & Talent Development from October 2017 to January 2022, and Head of Executives and Talent Development from January 2015 to October 2017. Before joining thyssenkrupp, Thiemo worked at ThyssenKrupp Materials International GmbH in multiple roles including Head of HR Strategy & People Development from October 2013 to December 2014, Head of Personnel & Management Development/HR International from September 2011 to October 2013, Head of Management Development from October 2009 to September 2011, Head of People Development from April 2008 to September 2009, and Expert People Development from August 2006 to March 2008.

Thiemo Dylla has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at FernUniversität in Hagen. Following that, in 2009, they completed a program in Systemic Consulting & Team Development at isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität.

In 1999 to 2003, Thiemo earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Throughout their education journey, they acquired valuable knowledge and skills in various fields related to psychology, management, and consulting.

Thiemo also obtained professional certifications to enhance their expertise. Thiemo became a Professional Scrum Master (Fundamental) from Scrum.org in 2021. Additionally, they are currently working towards a degree in Systemischer Business Coach (DVCT) from Calumis GmbH, with an expected completion date in 2023. Thiemo has already achieved the certification as a Systemischer Business Coach from Deutscher Verband für Coaching und Training (dvct) e.V. in August 2023.
